It would appear that whilst visiting friends someone has stood on my tablet. There are two noticeable cracks and the touch screen is essentially non responsive. It turns on, lights up and the log in screen is visible, the screen responds to touch in that the shut down computer screen appears however I am unable to use this function. There are some dark spots that appear when pressure is put onto the screen, unfortunately it would seem both layers of the screen have been damaged and will need replacing.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
Very pleased with the results and workmanship.
