Water damage. User stored it in dry rice for a week in the boiler room to try and dry it out. Still does not power up.Please also check the front facing camera if possible. We had the screen replaced by a previous company but they left residue on the underside of the glass.

EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player.
