Hi, my tablet was running beautifully until one day when – after a low battery warning – I didn't switch it off fully and the battery drained completely. I have done some online research and this seemed to be more of a software than a hardware issue but all the suggested fixes didn't work. So I ordered a replacement battery but as that comes not charged and the tablet thinks it is an empty battery that didn't fix the issue (it switched on for about 2 seconds and I was able to enter the pin but it didn't start up before running out of juice). So I'm hoping that you can charge the battery before putting it in the tablet and with that get it working again as it is the perfect size/ weight/ screen for me!

All postal requirements were sent over and in the event the service was quick and painless and given notification of its safe arrival. As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player. Would definitely recommend EP and would use again where one can repair and reuse perfectly good equipment rather than unnecessarily throw it away. Many thanks EP. -
