        Headphone jack does not work and battery is in need of replacement as it does not last long. Have had the headphone jack replaced by samsung before but it did not fix the issue. Sometimes sound will only come out of one ear or not at all.

        Different headphones (wireless work fine)
        Sending in for official repair to replace headphone jack and it still does not work
