Hi There.
I have a surface book which has a cracked outer screen.The screen its- self is in working order- responsive to both touch (multi) and also the surface pen, and as you can see from the images, there is no blemish to the inner lcd its-self, just the outer screen.
I would like to know how much a repair of the screen would cost?
Also, as a side note- i took the liberty of phoning yourselves, and i was asked of the laptops model number. However despite attempts to locate it, as the representative over the phone kindly informed me it was required to obtain an estimated repair quote, i could not find the model number which i was told is 4 digits long. I also did phone Microsoft who informed me that they were not aware of the surface book having a model number which is 4 digit long.
The serial number for the laptop is: 051382270254

All postal requirements were sent over and in the event the service was quick and painless and given notification of its safe arrival. As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player.
