    Good afternoon,I am retired and repair laptops computers etc. as a hobby. Recently my cousin had a problem with his Surface Pro 4 it had a smashed screen and it would turn on and asked me if I could repair, knowing what I know now I never want to see one ever again (lol). I ordered the replacement screen from China and waited 3 weeks for it to arrive damaged,they sent me a replacement another 3 weeks. I replaced battery with new and cleaned and reseated heat sink with silver paste. connected new screen to tablet and nothing working.
    I contacted the screen seller and they said that the screen was checked and working before it left China and suggested I damaged it.
    I do not have the facility or the know how to fix this problem, can I sent this to you for fixing please.
