The issue is with the software.
The tablet operates on Windows 10 and Andoid.
It currently opens correctly in Windows but not in Android.
When you try to boot in Android you get a message "Entering DNX mode… Waiting for fastboot command"
It then does nothing, and afetr about 5 minutes turns itself off.,
I have tried resetting Android by pressing the volume down and power button, till you get to the Android reset screen.
However this did not resolve the issueMany thanks

My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
