Suddenly stopped working, small white power light not on. Power block OK, plugged in another apple monitor which worked. The monitor power plug is in poor shape held together with tape I think the plug/monitor cable needs replacing or re soldering and taping up again.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
